Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply to the Rizupo app and rizupo.com, provided by Zargham Labs LLC (Montana, USA). By using Rizupo you agree to them.

1. The app

Rizupo is an alarm clock that you turn off by completing a mission. We work hard to make alarms reliable, but no alarm app can guarantee it will ring in every situation: phone makers’ battery settings, a phone that is switched off or out of battery, muted hardware, system updates or other apps can stop any alarm. Follow the in-app reliability checks and use a test alarm. Do not rely on Rizupo as your only alarm where a missed alarm could cause harm (for example medication, travel or safety-critical shifts).

2. Missions and safety

Use the shake mission with a firm grip and the scan mission only in a safe, well-lit place. Every mission has a backup option so the alarm can always be stopped.

3. Rizupo Pro

4. Acceptable use

Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or interfere with its ads or purchases.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zargham Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those from a missed or late alarm. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Rizupo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
