Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains how the Rizupo app (“Rizupo”, package com.zarghamlabs.rizupo) and the website rizupo.com handle information. Rizupo is published by Zargham Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana, USA (“we”, “us”).

Short version: Rizupo has no accounts. Your alarms, labels, scan codes and stats stay on your phone. We don’t sell personal data. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers as described below.

1. Information that stays on your device

We have no server that receives this information. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Reset app data deletes it.

2. Advertising (free version)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob on the alarm list and settings screens, plus optional rewarded ads you choose to watch. Ads never appear on the alarm, snooze, mission or wake-up screens. AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data to serve, measure and (with your consent where required) personalise ads, and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent using Google’s consent tool; you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & ad choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Rizupo Pro users receive no ads and the app makes no ad requests for them.

3. Purchases

Rizupo Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime) is sold through Google Play. Google processes your payment; we never see your payment details. The app receives purchase confirmations from Google Play to unlock Pro on your device. To help Google Play match purchases, the app sends a random, hashed install identifier with the purchase; it is not linked to your name or email.

4. Information we do not collect

No account, name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, microphone audio, photos or files. Rizupo does not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in this version. If that changes, we will update this policy and the Google Play data safety section first.

5. Data shared with third parties

6. Website

rizupo.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider and network (Cloudflare) process standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and delivery.

7. Children

Rizupo is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.

8. Your rights and deleting data

Local data: delete it with Settings → Reset app data or by uninstalling. Advertising data: reset your advertising ID in Android settings and see Delete data. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to processing. Contact us at [email protected].

9. Security and transfers

All network traffic from the app uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries under its own safeguards.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
