Many phones close apps in the background to save battery, which can stop any alarm app. Rizupo uses Android’s exact alarm clock system, but some phone makers add extra limits. Open Settings → Alarm health check in Rizupo and fix anything shown in red, then run Test alarm with your screen locked.

Open Rizupo: if an alarm was late or missed, you’ll see a card explaining it. Tap Fix and follow the steps for your phone, then run a one-minute test alarm. Also check that your alarm volume isn’t zero and that Do Not Disturb allows alarms.

Shake and scan missions switch to a backup math mission if the sensor or camera fails, if the code can’t be found, or on request after 60 seconds. After 5 minutes of ringing, a “Can’t do the mission?” link lets you type a code instead.

Never. There are no ads on the ringing, snooze, mission or good-morning screens, and none for 30 minutes after you wake up. The free version shows ads only on the alarm list and settings. Rizupo Pro removes all ads.

Sign in with the same Google account, open Settings → Restore purchases. Lifetime and active subscriptions come back automatically.

Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rizupo → Cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

No. Alarms and missions work fully offline. Internet is only used for ads in the free version and for purchases.
